Within automated documents, you can utilize many different functions that we can set up for you. These include, for example:
Crossload (Uploading Data Between Contracts)
Individual documents can be linked to each other. For example, you can create an Employment Contract and later upload the filled-in data into the Wage Agreement, so you won’t need to re-enter personal details or the position. In real estate, for instance, you can upload property data, price, and the seller information entered in the brokerage agreement into the reservation contract.
Downloading a Draft of the Contract
Within interactive forms, we can allow you to download a draft of the contract at any point during the process. This means you don’t have to finish the entire document. This feature is especially useful for contract previews for clients, where you may not know all the details yet.
Skipping Required Fields
Some fields in the forms are required, and some are optional. However, there may be times when you don’t have certain required information but still need to proceed to the next step to add related data and download the draft. This can also be configured.
Downloading in DOCX and PDF
We allow you to download the document in the format you need. The ability to download in certain formats can also be conditioned by user permissions.
Adding Attachments
Within the form, you can have an attachment uploader. Uploaded attachments can be added as attachments to the document for electronic signing (they will be signed together with the contract), or you can download the document along with the attachments (as a single PDF file).
Electronic Signing
Automated documents can be electronically signed. A significant advantage is that you won’t need to re-enter the parties signing the contract. They will be automatically retrieved from the data entered in the form.
Sending Emails
Emails can be sent within the forms. This means you can not only download the document but also send it directly (by pressing a button) to the specified address.
