Navigation

The application shows you exactly where you are on the top bar. You can also navigate back one or more steps using the navigation.

Search Across the Application

The search bar in the top-right corner of the screen, accessible from anywhere in the application, is used for searching across the application. With this bar, you can easily access your contacts, other users, or created projects throughout the application. We will gradually expand the search scope to include documents, signatures, and other parts of the application.

Filtering and Searching Within Specific Sections

Within the overview of signatures or documents, you can search using the full-text field. Unlike searching across the entire application, this allows you to easily filter specific documents in the selected section.

Additionally, the overviews can be filtered by specific data, such as document type, owner, creation date, signature status, and more. Filters vary for different sections.

You can customize the overviews by adding or removing displayed columns. This option can be found next to the search field by clicking on the green grid.

Sidebar Menu

The sidebar menu contains links to various sections of the application, such as automated documents or contacts. You can minimize the sidebar using the button on the right next to the logo to gain more space on the screen.
