Checks and Identity Verification within Contacts

All checks can be performed either remotely or in person. When selecting the AML check, you can simultaneously perform all other checks.

After sending the verification email to the client, you can proceed directly to completing the PEP check. The system will automatically search for all individuals with the same name who are politically exposed persons, including the positions they hold, which simplifies the verification for you. You only need to answer the two questions listed in the table on the right-hand side of the page and click "Evaluate" to complete the PEP check.

The next steps depend on whether you are performing AML or KYC verification in person or remotely. If any part of the verification is done remotely, the client must open the link sent to their email by clicking the "Open" button.

The client will then fill out a questionnaire, which they will also sign. At the end of the client’s declaration, their identity must be verified either once or twice (depending on your selected option). This can be done by having the client either take a photo of their ID using a webcam (which might be problematic due to webcam quality) or by opening the link on a phone or tablet—the device must have a camera!

The client must take clear photos (ensuring the data is legible) of the front and back of their ID, and finally a selfie. If the entire process is completed successfully, you should then see the relevant buttons for verification.

After clicking "Evaluate," you just need to fill out the income questionnaire for the client, and the AML verification is complete—including the KYC identification and PEP check.

If you selected “in-person verification” at the beginning of the form, the process is largely similar. However, the AML verification form will not be sent to the client’s email address, and some steps (such as taking a selfie) will be skipped.
