We have launched a new version of the Legal Systems app after months of preparation. In addition to a new, clearer design and new functionalities, hundreds of small improvements and fixes have been made to simplify and speed up your work. Here are the biggest changes:
Dashboard
The dashboard has been completely redesigned to display basic app usage data. The charts are interactive, and you can filter data by clicking on them. Currently, it shows an overview of generated and signed documents and the number of users. We will gradually expand the dashboard's reports.
New Sidebar Menu
The main menu has been moved from the top bar to the left. The profile selection, search, language switching, and navigation remain at the top. The sidebar menu now includes links to new parts of the app. The "Signatures" section has been renamed "Uploaded Documents." The sidebar menu can be minimized using the button next to the logo to give you more screen space.
Search
A key new feature is the search bar in the upper right corner, accessible from any part of the app. Through this bar, you can easily access your contacts, other users, or created projects across the app. The scope of the search will gradually expand to include documents, signatures, and other app sections.
Navigation
The app now shows where you are in the top bar. You can also navigate back one or more steps.
Language Switching
You can switch the app’s language on the right side of the search bar. Currently, you can choose between Czech and English. Changing the app’s language does not affect the language of the automated document forms, which can be set individually.
My Signatures Section
A completely new section where documents waiting for your signature are available. You will not find documents that you sent to clients for signing (unless your signature is also required). However, you can easily verify that all electronic signature requirements are fulfilled.
Widgets
Interactive widgets have been added to the document and signature overview. Widgets display various data depending on the subpage, such as documents waiting for a signature, expired documents, etc. You can filter the overview by clicking on a widget.
New Filtering with Search
You can now search through a full-text field in the signature or document overview. Unlike the global search, you can filter specific documents within the selected section. Filters can be applied based on specific data such as document type, owner, creation date, signature status, etc.
Simplified User Management
Admins with the necessary permissions now have a "Users" section in the left panel. New filters for existing users and a simplified process for creating new accounts have been added.
Completely Redesigned Roles and Permissions
Admins with necessary permissions can now set user roles with a custom combination of permissions and accesses across the entire app.
Redesigned Contacts
Contacts now offer more search options, which is useful for users with a large number of contacts. Clicking on a specific contact will take you to a new, redesigned contact profile, where you can view and edit information or perform checks.
Person Verification
Verification can now be done directly in the contact card. You can choose from AML, KYC, PEP, and execution checks. Within AML, you can easily perform all listed checks at once. More information on verification can be found in this article.
