Login to the Application

You will typically receive your login details via email, including a password, which can either be set by the person who created your account or automatically generated. If you haven't received the email, check your spam folder or contact the person who created your account.


Two-factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication is a method for improving security when logging into the application. In addition to your username and password, you will need to confirm your login on your mobile device.

Signatures

Once you complete a document and send it for signing, no further edits are possible. However, if any changes are necessary, you can cancel the signature (as long as not all participants have signed yet) and modify the document. You can remind participants to sign by sending them the signing link again or extend the deadline for signing.
