Signature Management for Automated Documents

If you have already sent the parties an email with a signing link, you can further modify their signing process by extending or canceling the signature or resending the signing link.


Resending the Email or Link

To resend the invitation or display the signing link so that you can send it to the party via another communication channel (for example WhatsApp), simply click on the name of the party that has not yet signed the document, then either resend the email or change the email address for sending, or display the signing link.


Extending the Signature Validity

You can change the signature validity by clicking on the text "extend," after which you will be prompted to adjust the number of days by which you wish to extend the validity.


Cancelling the Signature

To cancel the signature, use the button on the right side of the section. After selecting this option, you will be prompted to confirm the choice again to prevent accidental deletion of the signature. A signature cannot be canceled if the contract has been signed by all parties.


We remind you that documents in the signing process CANNOT BE MODIFIED. If you need to edit such a document, you must cancel the signature, modify the document, and resend it to the parties for signing.
