Received a Link to Sign a Document and Don’t Know What to Do Next? We’ll Guide You Through the Process! 🙂

Depending on how the sender has set up the signature process, you may be asked to complete either two-factor authentication or identity verification.

Two-Factor Authentication
The procedure for two-factor authentication will be explained in detail in a pop-up window during the signing process. Simply enter the code that will be sent to you via SMS.

Rejecting the Signature and Downloading the Draft
Before signing, you can either reject the signature or download the draft of the contract.
You can reject the signature if it hasn’t been uploaded in image form. In the next step, you will be able to explain to the sender why you are not signing the document.

Ways to Sign
You can either draw the signature yourself or alternatively, generate a pre-made version. The signature image itself doesn’t have significant weight for the document; what’s more important are the time stamp and the signature protocol, so you don’t need to worry about using this option.

After Signing
Once the process is completed, you can close the window. After all parties have signed the document, the original document will be sent to you by email.

If you wish to download the draft of the contract, please note that this is not the original document, but just a preview for your records.
