It may happen that automatically sent emails (e.g., with signed documents) are not delivered to your main inbox. In this case, we recommend checking your Spam, or Junk folders.

How to prevent emails from ending up in spam

To ensure proper delivery in the future, we recommend:

  • adding the sender's email address to your contacts,

  • marking the delivered email as Not Spam,

  • manually moving the email to your main inbox.

If emails are still not being delivered

If an email fails to deliver or is evaluated as spam by a spam filter, the sender will be automatically notified.

The sender will receive a system notification at their email address. This notification contains information that the email could not be delivered or that it was blocked by the recipient's spam filter.

If your emails keep ending up in spam or are not being delivered at all, we recommend that you:

  • check your spam filter settings

  • contact your email server administrator/operator or email service provider
