There can be situations when you need to download a list of automated documents that you create in the application. The Export function is used for this purpose.
Export procedure
In the list of automated documents, select all those you want to include in the export.
Open the Open Action Panel option.
Select Export.
Export settings
After clicking Export, a window will open in which you can:
Select the File Type (e.g., .xlsx or .csv)
Select the Columns you want to include in the export (in the red box in the image).
Confirm by clicking the Export button.
The generated file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
