Bulk dispatch is a feature that comes in handy when you need to have the same type of document signed by a large number of people.
It is typically used for:
Health and safety documents
Internal guidelines
Or other documents that differ only in a few details for each employee (e.g., the so-called "pink declaration").
Thanks to this feature, you don't have to create each signature request separately. The whole process is faster, clearer, and saves a lot of time.
Where to find bulk dispatch
First, prepare the documents you want to send using bulk mailing and save them in PDF format.
If you are working with two or more documents, save them together in a single .zip file.
Open Electronic Signatures in the left menu.
Click on the "+ Upload document for signature" button in the upper right corner.
A screen will open where you would normally upload a document. However, you will not upload it in this section.
Instead, click on the Bulk Dispatch button
You will see the interface for uploading documents for bulk dispatch.
The application distinguishes between uploading one or more documents. You can set this option using the button. The default setting for the button is "one file."
In the Signing Parties section, select the Signing is variable option. Continue by clicking the "Next Step" button.
Other steps are the same as in other signing sections.
