There can be situations when you need to sign a large number of documents. To make your work easier and save you time, we have created the Bulk Signing feature.
This feature can be used for envelopes that:
are waiting to be signed,
do not require additional security confirmation (e.g., 2FA, BankID)
belong to one client account (i.e., sent by you or your colleagues).
How to sign documents in bulk
Use the Can be signed in bulk filter in your Inbox. This will show you only the documents that you can sign in bulk.
Select the documents you want to sign in bulk and click the Open Action Panel button to select the Sign in Bulk option.
In the final step, you will sign all the documents at the same time. The screen will show you which documents the signature applies to.
